Commission-Only Sales Associate – Remote

About the role

Lead Labs is looking for motivated sales associates to promote its fast‑delivery web development services worldwide. This is a 100% commission‑only, independent‑contractor position that you can perform from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Identify businesses with outdated or missing websites through cold calls, in‑person visits, personal networks, or provided leads.
• Initiate conversations in English or the local language and present Lead Labs using a simple deck and one‑pager.
• Log all interactions and share insights to help refine pricing, positioning, and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate, professional representation of Lead Labs at all times.

Required profile

• Comfortable with cold calling and face‑to‑face outreach.
• Existing network of business owners, freelancers, or local service providers.
• Fluent in English and/or the local language.
• Tech‑savvy with personal laptop/PC and clear, professional communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but drive, curiosity, and willingness to test approaches are essential.

Required skills

What we offer

• 15% commission on every closed project, paid within 5 business days of client payment.
• 5% residual commission on any future work from your clients for 12 months.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to source your own leads or use provided leads.
