Retail Sales Specialist - Kuwait

About the role

Ipekyol Group, a Turkish fashion retailer founded in 1986 with Ipekyol, Twist and Machka brands, is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Associate to join its Kuwait retail operations. The role brings the brand's values to life and creates personalised experiences for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs and give personalised styling and product recommendations
• Build loyal customer relationships, handle feedback and concerns professionally, and keep customers informed about products, campaigns and brand activities
• Contribute to sales targets using effective selling, cross-selling and upselling techniques, and use customer data to create future selling opportunities
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms and shelves organised according to visual merchandising standards and support display changes
• Support product replenishment, stock handling and shipments, and follow company policies, security and health and safety requirements
• Promote digital services and share customer insights and operational feedback with the store leadership team
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support them during busy periods and take part in learning and development

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in women's fashion retail
• Strong customer service mindset and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
