Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to help shape how the company attracts, rewards and retains talent across multiple countries. The role ensures that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, evaluate jobs and strengthen internal equity
• Drive annual salary reviews, analyze merit increases and calculate bonuses, incentives and other performance-based rewards
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of benefits programs, balancing employee value and cost effectiveness
• Build compensation models, dashboards and reports that turn data into business insights
• Maintain accurate HRIS and payroll data, protect confidential information and comply with company policies and labour laws
• Improve processes and the efficiency of compensation and benefits operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, compensation administration or HR operations
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Regional or multi-country HR experience is a plus

• Salary structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking, benefits administration and incentive schemes
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, analytical reporting)
• HRIS and payroll systems
• Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
