Concrete & Masonry Foreman (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete/Mason Foreman to join a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating on refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas projects in Kuwait. The role involves supervising all concrete and masonry activities on site, ensuring quality, safety and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement and masonry works.
• Monitor workmanship against project specifications and drawings.
• Enforce safety standards and site regulations.
• Manage daily schedules, material deliveries and crew allocation.
• Report progress, issues and quality metrics to project management.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification.
• 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects.
• Prior experience working in the Gulf region; experience with Korean contractors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction codes and safety procedures.

Required skills
