About the role
We are seeking an experienced Concrete/Mason Foreman to join a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating on refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas projects in Kuwait. The role involves supervising all concrete and masonry activities on site, ensuring quality, safety and timely execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement and masonry works.
- Monitor workmanship against project specifications and drawings.
- Enforce safety standards and site regulations.
- Manage daily schedules, material deliveries and crew allocation.
- Report progress, issues and quality metrics to project management.
Required profile
- Diploma or ITI qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects.
- Prior experience working in the Gulf region; experience with Korean contractors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction codes and safety procedures.
Required skills
- Concrete construction techniques.
- Masonry work and detailing.
- Site supervision and crew management.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards.
