About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the full tendering and contracting lifecycle for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering competitive proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, download, and manage bids/tenders through the K‑Tendering portal (KOC, KNPC, CAPT).
- Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, sub‑contracts, and NDAs.
- Handle variation orders, contract extensions, and claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Kuwait oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of K‑Tendering and CAPT regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
