About the role

Join the culinary team at Four Seasons Kuwait City and prepare high‑quality dishes for a Forbes Five‑Star hotel. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie to deliver consistent, delicious meals that meet the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following standard recipes, procedures, and presentation guidelines.
• Support the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in maintaining recipe consistency and quality control.
• Ensure taste, temperature, and portion sizes are consistently met.
• Assist in product development and smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
• Keep kitchen equipment in proper working order and manage ingredient requisitions.
• Prepare room amenities and special requests, adhering to halal standards.
• Follow sanitation protocols and respond appropriately in emergencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury five‑star hotel kitchen.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexible schedule with ability to work various shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to perform under pressure.
