About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our travel and tourism team. The role involves handling client inquiries, supporting bookings, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional service and follow up on bookings, travel requests, and other customer needs.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams to resolve issues.
- Learn and operate airline reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus.
- Assist with daily travel and ticketing operations.
Required profile
- Egyptian nationality preferred and currently residing in Kuwait.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, organized, customer‑focused and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, fast learner and strong team spirit.
