About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our children’s indoor playground and family entertainment centre in Al Kuwait. You will ensure families enjoy a safe, welcoming environment and receive excellent service throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and provide information about services and activities.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Monitor play areas for safety, enforce facility rules, and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in organizing special events and collect guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage with guests on social media to promote events and respond to questions.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with families and children.
- Effective problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good time‑management and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to learn new processes quickly.
