About the role
Media Market is hiring a full-time Data Entry and Analysis Clerk in Al Kuwait. The role covers entering data from paper forms, digital documents and customer inputs into databases and spreadsheets, keeping records accurate and up to date, and performing basic quality checks.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data from paper forms, digital documents or customer inputs into databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify accuracy by cross-checking entered information with source documents.
- Update and maintain existing records so they stay current.
- Sort and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Perform quality control checks and correct discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Follow data privacy and security protocols.
- Communicate with team members about data requirements.
Required profile
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
Required skills
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases and data entry software.
