Strategy Specialist I (Kuwaiti National Preferred)

About the role

The Strategy Management Office is looking for a Strategy Specialist I, with a preference for Kuwaiti nationals, to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing materials for strategy sessions and coordinating logistics for workshops and follow-up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data on organizational performance, market trends and benchmarking studies.
• Prepare slide decks, dashboards and briefing materials for strategy-setting meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings and action-tracker follow-ups.
• Assist in drafting sections of strategic plans, policy documents and progress reports.
• Maintain the office's repository of tools, templates and best practices.
• Liaise with business units to gather updates and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in strategy, planning, consulting or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear verbal and written communication, organization and attention to detail, teamwork and adaptability.

Required skills

• MS Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data-visualization or dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of project-management methodologies.
