About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will join the Banquet Kitchen team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach, supporting the delivery of high‑quality banquet services in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist colleagues and support the culinary team to foster teamwork and trust.
Report accidents and sickness promptly to the Chef de Cuisine with clear details.
Identify potential breakdowns and request assistance before they occur.
Relay breakdown information immediately to enable root‑cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
Adapt positively to changes dictated by the industry, company, or hotel.
Act as an ambassador of lateral service for the team.
Follow and adhere to the company’s safety procedures and practices.

Required profile

Ability to work collaboratively and support fellow kitchen staff.
Strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Proactive in identifying issues and communicating them to senior chefs.
Willingness to adapt to operational changes and maintain service quality.
