About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting senior chefs and ensuring high‑quality pastry dishes are prepared and presented to the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook and test pastry dishes following standard recipes to guarantee consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, stepping in for senior chefs when required to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce strict cross‑contamination controls.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage proper storage, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations, guaranteeing guest and team wellbeing.
• Assist guests with inquiries related to the dining experience, ensuring timely and courteous service.
