Digital Marketing Specialist (Media Buying)

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Bricks, you will design, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google. You will work closely with creative, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and drive audience engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal stakeholders to produce campaign assets.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, traffic, engagement and other key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Stay current with emerging platforms, tools, algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Support initiatives that increase brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.
• Continuously test, evaluate and optimise campaigns based on performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, social media platforms and online consumer behaviour.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and paid campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a solid grasp of branding and audience engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
