Enterprise Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of our Enterprise Division in Kuwait. The role will expand the customer base, drive revenue and position the organisation as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base, targeting 70 % SME business and 30 % government tenders.
• Identify opportunities across data‑center, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage high‑level client relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Lead participation in major Kuwait tenders (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI) and coordinate technical, compliance and commercial proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems.
• Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships and enhance solution offerings.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑center or energy‑related solutions.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
• Hands‑on experience working with global technology vendors.
• Deep understanding of the Kuwait market and tendering processes.
