Enterprise Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

The organization is expanding its Enterprise Division and seeks a results‑driven Enterprise Manager to lead growth across SME and tender‑based business in Kuwait. You will be responsible for building a robust customer base, driving revenue, and establishing the company as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base in Kuwait, targeting 70% SME and 30% government tenders.
• Identify opportunities in data centre, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage high‑level client relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Lead participation in major government and enterprise tenders (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI) and coordinate technical and commercial submissions.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
• Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Strong background in ICT, telecom, data centre or energy‑related solutions.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
• Hands‑on experience with global technology vendors.
• Deep understanding of the Kuwait market and tendering processes.
