Enterprise Manager – Enterprise, ICT & Data Center (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Manager to drive the growth of our Enterprise, ICT and Data Center portfolio in Kuwait. The role combines business development, customer relationship management and partnership building across government and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Enterprise and Data Center solution portfolio.
• Promote solutions from Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft, Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, ELV and Data Center technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, oil & gas companies, telecom operators and private‑sector clients.
• Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Support tender participation and oversee proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
• Strong exposure to the Kuwait market.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
• Residency transferable and immediate availability.
• Preference for Indian or Pakistani nationals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dell, Cisco, NetApp and Microsoft solutions.
• Experience with Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, ELV and Data Center technologies.
