Sales Officer

About the role

Dawerr Mart is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to expand its vendor network and secure new partnerships. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding vendors that align with our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential vendors that fit Dawerr Mart’s business model.
• Present the platform’s services and explain the benefits of joining.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure signed vendor contracts.
• Guide new vendors through the onboarding process and ensure successful activation.
• Achieve monthly targets for signed contracts and onboarded vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, contracts and onboarding progress.
• Provide vendor feedback and market insights to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, account acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, face‑to‑face meetings and field visits.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and close deals.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with the local market and an existing business network is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred for field work.
