About the role
ReliableSuite is seeking an ERP Implementation & Support Executive to join its team. You will work directly with customers to install, configure, and support ERP solutions, ensuring smooth go‑live transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure ERP software at client sites.
- Provide onsite and remote implementation assistance, including data setup and import.
- Deliver user training and support during go‑live phases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and onsite.
- Offer basic SQL Server and application support.
- Coordinate problem resolution with the development team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Strong customer communication and training abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Valid driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
