ERP Sales Specialist

About the role

TakeLook App is looking for an ERP Sales Specialist to join its growing team in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating ERP solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients and generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present ERP solutions that match customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve ERP offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales operations, and account management.
• Background in ERP or B2B software sales with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
