About the role

We are looking for a motivated Female Fitness Instructor to join our women‑only gym. You will guide members through personalized workouts and group classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized training programs.
Deliver high‑quality personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey.
Ensure safe and correct use of gym equipment while maintaining a clean training area.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional fitness guidance to build strong member relationships.

Required profile

Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer (internationally recognized certification preferred).
Previous experience working in a fitness centre or gym.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
