Female Fitness Instructor

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Female Fitness Instructor to join our women‑only gym. You will guide members through personalized workouts and group classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized training programs.
- Deliver high‑quality personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
- Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey.
- Ensure safe and correct use of gym equipment while maintaining a clean training area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional fitness guidance to build strong member relationships.
Required profile
- Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer (internationally recognized certification preferred).
- Previous experience working in a fitness centre or gym.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
