Female Swimming Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a professional female swimming trainer to join our academy for the summer season. The position involves delivering high‑quality swimming instruction to students of various ages during the peak vacation months.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily swimming lessons (4‑5 hours per day).
• Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool.
• Assess swimmers' progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment.
• Collaborate with academy staff to schedule sessions.

Required profile

• Female candidate with proven experience as a swimming coach.
• Available to work throughout June, July, and August.
• Ability to work 4‑5 hours per day on a consistent schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Required skills

• Swimming coaching techniques.
• Water safety and rescue procedures.
• Ability to teach beginners and intermediate swimmers.
