Tech & AI Curriculum Designer (Subject Matter Expert, Hourly)

About the role

CODED is looking for experienced subject‑matter experts to design and validate tech and AI curricula. This is a research‑and‑development, hourly‑based engagement where you will experiment with cutting‑edge technologies and translate the results into concrete programme outlines.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on experimentation with tools, frameworks, models and platforms in your area of expertise, documenting what works and what does not.
• Produce initial programme and course outlines, defining measurable learning outcomes, prerequisites, duration and assessment methods.
• Provide validated outlines to the Professional Segment and Business Development teams to support sales and client proposals.
• Continuously update outlines as technology evolves, ensuring relevance and feasibility.

Required profile

• Deep, current hands‑on expertise in at least one of: AI (LLMs, agents, automation), Full‑Stack Development, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to build, test and ship projects; portfolio of repos or technical writing preferred.
• Excellent written English and strong technical writing skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently on scoped, hourly tasks.
