Finance Business Partner – Retail FP&A

About the role

Keemart is seeking a Finance Business Partner to embed financial expertise within its retail operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to shape strategy, support budgeting, and drive the growth of new overseas initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business and build an analytical framework to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly target‑setting and high‑frequency performance tracking, flagging risks and updating stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business units, providing sound financial recommendations that influence strategy.
• Establish and maintain an operational risk management mechanism, identifying contract, operational and compliance risks and creating mitigation plans.
• Participate in building overseas business from 0 to 1, supporting rapid growth and capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, preferably in retail industry analysis or FP&A.
• Fluent English with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, collaborative and aligned with a dynamic, change‑positive culture.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to innovate financial analysis and support digital transformation.
