Cost Controller

About the role

The Finance Department of Kana Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Cost Controller to ensure cost efficiency, margin control and robust budgeting across its diversified businesses, including retail, services, F&B, healthcare and UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor COGS, gross margins and operating costs across all business units and prepare monthly variance analysis.
• Control inventory levels, stock aging and wastage; review purchasing requests against budget and stock coverage.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and cost‑planning processes; develop cost reports, dashboards and management KPIs.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement and Finance to improve profitability and strengthen costing processes through ERP systems.
• Plan site visits and conduct periodic audits on cash handling, inventory controls and stock management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in cost control or management accounting, preferably in retail, F&B or healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
