About the role

The Fleet Foreman will lead the maintenance and operation of a diverse fleet of vehicles and heavy machinery for construction projects in Kuwait, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily fleet operations, maintaining vehicles and machinery to safety and productivity standards.
Manage and support a team of mechanics and operators, ensuring efficient workflow.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset lifespan.
Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle tracking data to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers to align fleet resources with project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance.
Conduct training on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Collaborate with procurement to source appropriate vehicles and equipment.

Required skills

Proficiency with fleet management software and tracking tools.
In‑depth knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance practices.
