About the role
The Fleet Foreman will lead the maintenance and operation of a diverse fleet of vehicles and heavy machinery for construction projects in Kuwait, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations, maintaining vehicles and machinery to safety and productivity standards.
- Manage and support a team of mechanics and operators, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset lifespan.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle tracking data to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers to align fleet resources with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance.
- Conduct training on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with procurement to source appropriate vehicles and equipment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with fleet management software and tracking tools.
- In‑depth knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance practices.
