Food and Beverages Sales Specialist

About the role

The Food and Beverages Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh, promoting and selling Al‑Tuhoo’s food and beverage portfolio to retail, hospitality and institutional customers. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities, visit clients and present product ranges.
• Negotiate prices and terms, process orders accurately and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to management.
• Coordinate product displays, participate in promotions and events.
• Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts and stock availability in collaboration with logistics.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage products and food‑service operations.
• Proven sales or account‑management experience in the FMCG or food‑beverage sector.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Basic culinary skills to understand product applications and quality standards.
