Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their dining experience.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
