Group ERP & Business Systems Manager

About the role

The Group ERP & Business Systems Manager is accountable for the effective operation, development, and continuous improvement of the Group's core enterprise and operational business systems across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, production, warehousing and POS‑related configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP and business‑system implementations, enhancements and rollouts across multiple brands and locations.
• Govern master data, application controls and ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Coordinate system integrations and manage internal teams and external partners supporting the platforms.
• Translate business requirements from Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement into accurate system processes and configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in ERP, enterprise applications or business systems, with experience leading major implementations.
• Strong exposure to finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, production and warehousing functions.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, distribution or other transaction‑intensive multi‑site environments is strongly preferred.
