Growth & Community Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Community Marketing Manager to drive Nowair’s go‑to‑market strategy across Kuwait and the GCC. You will run fast experiments, validate messages and channels, build a youth community, and scale the winning tactics. The role starts hands‑on and will evolve into leading scalable growth initiatives as the product expands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch small‑scale A/B tests to validate audience segments and optimise messaging.
• Execute and manage ambassador, influencer, and school partnership programs to generate organic buzz.
• Coordinate paid‑media experiments with the digital agency and create new ad variants based on insights.
• Produce weekly data‑tracking reports, summarising key metrics such as CTR, CAC and retention intent.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in a startup or youth‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on executor comfortable managing agencies or freelancers.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with deep knowledge of GCC youth culture and social platforms.
• Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker.
• Data‑savvy and creative, able to turn insights into quick, testable ideas.
