About the role
CXG, a global customer experience agency, is seeking Kuwaiti nationals who are passionate shoppers or fans of premium and luxury brands. As a Freelance Evaluator you will discreetly assess your favorite luxury stores and share detailed feedback on the experience.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned luxury retail locations (cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, cars) and conduct discreet evaluations.
- Provide clear, detailed feedback on customer service, product presentation, and overall experience.
Required profile
- Kuwaiti national with a strong interest in luxury retail.
- Detail‑oriented, punctual and well‑organized.
Required skills
- Passion for luxury brands and customer experience.
