About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Kuwait City. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience that reflects Marriott’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
• Assist guests during departure, ensuring a positive farewell.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
