About the role

Anytime Fitness Kuwait is seeking enthusiastic male and female Health Club Managers to lead a vibrant fitness team in Al Kuwait. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience while driving growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth service delivery.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones using social media and local partnerships.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of fitness professionals and support staff.
• Monitor financial performance, including membership sales and operational expenses.
• Plan and schedule fitness classes, workshops, and community outreach events.

Required profile

• Strong leadership ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills for member interaction and staff coordination.
• Experience in financial management and budget analysis.
• Marketing insight to create effective promotional campaigns.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with member‑management and scheduling software.
