Hospitality Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Manager to lead and execute comprehensive sales strategies within the hotel sector in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving revenue, building long‑term client relationships, and guiding a dynamic sales team to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with managerial and departmental executives to deliver top‑notch client service and achieve productivity targets.
• Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans meticulously, aiming to surpass predefined targets.
• Establish pricing parameters, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms for both transient and group business.
• Promote and generate sales leads to expand the brand’s market presence.
• Maintain organized files of major accounts and ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize revenue wherever possible.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers for long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations to shape sales strategies.
• Review and analyse sales performance periodically, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Operate safely and environmentally responsibly, adhering to company EHS procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, including 2–3 years in a leadership role within Kuwait.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Current residence in Kuwait (candidates outside Kuwait will not be considered).
