Hostess – Front‑of‑House Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome and assist guests in our fast‑paced hospitality environment. You will play a key part in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide courteous assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries, direct them to appropriate services, and support check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Maintain a clean and presentable front‑of‑house area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service flow.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor issues.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest‑handling skills.
• Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ready to join immediately and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Transferable visa and eligibility for local hiring.
