Hostess – Guest Reception and Seating

About the role

Join Four Seasons’ award‑winning resort in the heart of Kuwait City as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.
• Prepare the restaurant area – clean tables, set menus, and ensure all stations are guest‑ready before each shift.
• Maintain station charts, cover counts and use the reservation system to record guest preferences.
• Provide accurate menu knowledge, answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with food and beverage service when needed and support colleagues in daily operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong multitasking, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent telephone manner with a focus on guest service.
