HR Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function and oversee the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, resignations, terminations and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Kuwait Labour Law and oversee payroll processing, including allowances, deductions, leave calculations, overtime and final settlements.
• Handle employee grievances, internal investigations, disciplinary matters and disputes while balancing business interests and employee rights.
• Develop workforce plans with department heads, prepare and implement HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and job descriptions.
• Lead the HR team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS or ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and related government procedures.
• Proven ability to lead an HR team and work effectively with department managers.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, high confidentiality and professional judgment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for HR data analysis and reporting.
• Practical experience with HRIS or ERP systems for employee records, payroll, leave and attendance.
