HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our growing Food & Beverage operations across Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain and the UAE. You will work closely with senior management to design and execute HR strategies that drive talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, using data analytics and workforce planning tools.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted, inclusive recruitment campaigns.
• Lead onboarding and training programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and foster continuous professional development.
• Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee government relations and administrative tasks such as visa transfers, Iqama issuance and use of country‑specific software (QIWA, ASHAL, Sahel).
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights on workforce trends and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience handling administrative HR work including visa and accommodation logistics.
• Deep knowledge of GCC labor laws and regulations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
