About the role
NAI Food Group is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join its team in Kuwait City. The role involves supporting all core HR functions and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes within a fast‑growing food industry environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Prepare HR documents, reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate HR activities with various departments.
- Handle staff attendance, leave management and other day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of Kuwait labour law is an advantage.
- Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations and HR documentation.
- Current residence in Kuwait.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
