Human Resources Manager

About the role

GlobeMed Kuwait is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support the organization’s workforce. The role focuses on managing employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and overall HR administration within a medical and healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Kuwaiti labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current residence in Kuwait.
