About the role
Al‑Tuhoo General Trading & Contracting Co. is seeking a part‑time Human Resources Officer to join its Shuwaikh office. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help implement policies, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Implement and monitor HR policies across the organization.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting and candidate screening.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and internal HR procedures.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR management and HR policy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of employee‑relations practices and job‑description development.
- Understanding of labor‑law compliance and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant HR certification or a degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms).
