About the role
The I&C Supervisor will lead pre‑commissioning, commissioning, loop checking and maintenance activities for a 300 MW+ power plant, ensuring safe and reliable operation of field instrumentation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform pre‑commissioning, commissioning, loop and logic sequence checks for 300 MW power loops.
- Execute shutdown maintenance on boiler and turbine field instruments.
- Service, calibrate and configure pneumatic, electronic and smart transmitters, control valves and various field valves.
- Calibrate and repair pressure, temperature, flow and level switches, gauges and converters.
Required profile
- Strong safety awareness with PTW compliance experience.
- Background in thermal power plant instrumentation, preferably 300 MW+ units.
- Hands‑on experience with shutdown maintenance and functional testing.
Required skills
- Power plant instrumentation maintenance & commissioning
- Loop checking and functional testing
- Calibration of smart transmitters and control valves
- DCS/PLC instrumentation interface knowledge
- Troubleshooting of instrumentation systems
