About the role

The Indoor Chocolate & Tea Sales position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. You will welcome customers, showcase the chocolate and tea range, and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchases.

Key responsibilities

Greet walk‑in customers, recommend products based on preferences, and process sales transactions using the POS system.
Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support in‑store tastings and promotional activities.

Required profile

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product origins, flavors, and preparation methods.
Customer‑service oriented, able to create a welcoming environment and resolve queries politely.

Required skills

Point‑of‑sale (POS) operation for accurate billing and inventory checks.
Basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
