About the role

We are a leading paint retail company in Kuwait seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Executive who holds Arab nationality. The role focuses on delivering expert advice and sales support to customers visiting our showroom, helping them choose the right paint, coating, and decorative finish solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and end‑users.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint and coating products based on project requirements.
• Provide professional guidance on colour palettes, textures, and decorative finishes.
• Manage showroom activities, including product displays and inventory oversight.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive indoor sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Arab nationality.
• Experience in paints, coatings, decorative finishes, or related construction fields.
• Ability to interact professionally with high‑value customers.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of paint and coating product ranges.
• Understanding of colour theory and decorative finish applications.
