IT Business Partner

About the role

The IT Business Partner acts as the strategic bridge between the IT department and business units, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. You will lead the digitisation of core processes, manage vendor relationships, and oversee project delivery to meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic IT plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Research emerging technologies and promote industry best practices.
• Prepare and manage the business IT budget.
• Lead project management activities, ensuring objectives are met within defined scope, cost, and quality.
• Manage external vendors, contracts, SLAs, and payments.
• Coordinate incident, service request, and change management processes with the IT team.
• Digitise business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve Master Data Management (MDM).
• Ensure role‑based access and authorisation standards are upheld.
• Facilitate IT steering committee meetings, cost reviews, escalations, and reporting.
• Implement IT policies, ensure audit compliance, and monitor software licence usage.
• Organise user training and oversee change request creation, BRD quality, UAT, and solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience delivering and managing complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end IT delivery experience, including application support.
• Experience working with implementation partners (fixed‑price and time‑and‑material).
• Ability to understand business processes and drive digital transformation.
