IT Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Operations Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Azure and Exchange administration and infrastructure.
• Administer NetApp, Huawei and Synology storage systems.
• Operate Veritas NetBackup appliances, including backup, restore, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Handle IBM Tivoli v6 backup/restore operations and LTO Tape management.
• Administer Sophos Firewall, SonicWall Email Security and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and manage VLANs on Huawei and Cisco switches.
• Oversee Malwarebytes Central and ManageEngine IT management tools.
• Maintain data‑center infrastructure, CCTV, access control, security systems and Avaya telephony.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience.
• MCSE or equivalent certification.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
