About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Helper to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of computers, printers and network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, printer and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and maintain IT equipment inventory.
- Support daily IT operations and monitor system performance.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in an IT support role is preferred.
