IT Support Technician – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Ahmadi. The role involves providing prompt desktop and laptop assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Configure and maintain network connections, including printer and basic network setups.
• Perform system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches and routine health checks.
• Manage user requests through a ticketing system and provide remote support when needed.
• Assist with email setup, Active Directory account management and basic network troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in desktop and laptop support, preferably with Windows and macOS platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple support requests independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
